Every order usually takes up to a week to finish, however if you order more pieces it can take a little longer, up to 3 weeks. We'll notify you when your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping to the EU and UK is $21, to the US - $60. For all orders over $250 the shipping is free.

Delivery to the EU and UK shouldn't take longer than 3 days to arrive. To the US standard delivery can take up to a week.

Since we make all our items on commission, you can't cancel or modify your order after you've received an email that we've began making your items. You can send us an email or DM us on Instagram before that and then you'll be able to modify your order or receive a refund.

If you ordered a piece with customisations you can't return it. We value the satisfaction of our clients a lot, so please contact us on Instagram or via email and let us know about problems you had and we'll do our best to resolve the issue so you can be happy with your piece.

To return a piece without any customisations, DM us on Instagram or email us and we'll get back to you and you'll be able to return the piece.

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, such as bralettes, thongs and panties are non-returnable.
